A full-service Installation and Dismantlement (I and D) firm for the tradeshow, special events and museum environment, Positive ID focuses on the rigors involved with your exhibit’s set-up and tear-down. However, our attention to detail and commitment to the client does not end there. We are available whenever and wherever you need us—even during your event.

Although we are a brand new company, as individual team members we‘ve been around the block—or shall we say, around the show floor. Founded in 2008, Positive ID understands the tradeshow environment can be a difficult arena to navigate. With over 35 years of combined I and D experience, we have seen and done it all involving exhibits ranging from 10’ to 100‘. Electrical layouts, Audio/Visual needs, graphic installations—you name it—we will take care of it.

Positive ID is signatory with Locals 8, 623, and 491, and approved to work at any location in the states of Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia including Washington DC, the eastern half of Pennsylvania and the Southern half of New Jersey. We also work in NYC, but limited to hotels only. Through strategic alliances, our capabilities also extend to Atlanta, Chicago, North Carolina, San Francisco and San Diego.
