Headquartered in the mid-Atlantic, Positive ID serves clients at locations from Rhode Island to Virginia Beach and beyond, including the West Coast.
As a signatory with Locals 8, 623 and 491, we're approved to work at any location in the states of Delaware, Maryland and Virginia, including Washington, D.C., as well eastern Pennsylvania and southern New Jersey. We're intimately familiar with convention centers and other sites in Philadelphia, Atlantic City, Baltimore, Wilmington and Virginia Beach/Norfolk/Hampton Roads. We also work in New York City hotels. Through strategic alliances, we can also serve your I&D needs in all major trade show markets, including Atlanta, Chicago, Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, San Francisco, San Diego, Orlando, and Los Angeles.

Connecticut
We can provide comprehensive I&D services with the exception of laying electric under carpet or physically hanging signs from the ceiling of the building. We can hang monitors if they ship in with the exhibit or are rented from Positive ID.
Delaware
We can provide comprehensive I&D services with the exception of laying electric under carpet or physically hanging signs from the ceiling of the building. We can hang monitors if they ship in with the exhibit or are rented from Positive ID.
Maryland
We can provide comprehensive I&D services with the exception of laying electric under carpet or physically hanging signs from the ceiling of the building. (NOTE: There is a 1-hour labor charge for the hanging sign crew to inspect the work of the sign builders. If you choose, the hanging sign crew will build the sign, but the charge may be higher than 1 hour.) We can hang monitors if they ship in with the exhibit or are rented from Positive ID.
New Jersey
We can install flooring and build the exhibit. We can build, but not hang, hanging signs from the ceiling of the building. We cannot hang lights or monitors as that task is under the electricians jurisdiction in New Jersey.
New York
We can provide comprehensive I&D services in New York City hotels. In convention centers, we can supervise union crews, who must do the actual installation and dismantlement work.
Pennsylvania
We can provide comprehensive I&D services with the exception of laying electric under carpet or physically hanging signs from the ceiling of the building. We can hang monitors if they ship in with the exhibit or are rented from Positive ID.
Rhode Island
We can provide comprehensive I&D services with the exception of laying electric under carpet or physically hanging signs from the ceiling of the building. We can hang monitors if they ship in with the exhibit or are rented from Positive ID.
Virginia
We can provide comprehensive I&D services with the exception of laying electric under carpet or physically hanging signs from the ceiling of the building. We can hang monitors if they ship in with the exhibit or are rented from Positive ID.
Washington, D.C.
We can provide comprehensive I&D services with the exception of laying electric under carpet or physically hanging signs from the ceiling of the building.
